 Note:

1.      Students should bring the necessary documents and examination fees (in cash) as mentioned above at the time of form filling.

2.      Students should bring their own black/blue pen, Glue and Stapler.

3.      Every student must wear MASK.

4.      Every student must carry HAND SANITIZER.
