H.S.C Feb-2020 Private (17 No Form) form filling

H.S.C. 2019-20 Private (17 no. form) Application

All students who wish to apply for H.S.C Feb. 2020 Exam as Private Candidate (17 No. Form) in Arts Commerce and Science faculties, should report as per following schedule with documents mentioned below:

Arts, Com & Sc          Sat. 23^rd Aug. 2019

Time : 02:30 pm      Room No.  :   10. 

 They should bring following original documents with 5 photocopies (Xerox) each:

1.     S.S.C. Marksheet

2.     S.S.C. Passing Certificate

3.     XI Marksheet

4.     Aadhar Card

5.     College Leaving Certificate  

6.   2 Photocopies of S.S.C. Leaving Certificate

7.    2 Passport size photographs & Glue 

All documents are compulsory.

Documents Collection Notice for XI failed in March 2018-19

All the students of FYJC who have failed in March 2018-2019 exam and appearing for H.S.C Feb-2020 exam (Form 17) are informed that collect there documents on 20th & 21st August 2019 in Room No: 104 at 02:00 PM.
