4. Aadhar Card Xerox Copy with Original – 2
5. S.S.C Mark Sheet Xerox Copy – 2
6. F.Y.J.C. Mark Sheet Xerox copy -2
7. Cast certificate (If applicable) Xerox copy – 1
8. Glue (Compulsory) 9. Stapler (Compulsory)
9. Black/Blue Ballpoint pen.
