5.     All H.S.C.  MARKSHEETS Xerox copy -1 each

6.     F.Y.J.C. Mark Sheet Xerox copy -1

7.     Cast certificate (If applicable) Xerox copy – 1

8.     Glue (Compulsory)

9.     Stapler (Compulsory)

10. Black/Blue Ball point pen.

Note:

1.     Students should bring the necessary documents and examination fee (in cash) as mentioned above on given date and time.

2.     Every student must wear Mask and follow all COVID-19 norms.

Student must be present in time and late entry will not be allowed.

 All the admitted students of FYJC ARTS 2022-23 are hereby informed that, those who wish to want to change their subject/subjects can change their subject by filling up the following form. After filling up the form students are instructed to submit the form in Room No: 08 on Monday 10^th October 2022 between 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
