All the Remaining Regular & Repeaters students of SYJC (12th) Arts, Commerce & Science are hereby informed that H.S.C Feb-Mar 2022 Examination form filling will be as per the schedule given below:

1. Photo -2 (Passport size)
2. S.S.C Mark Sheet Xerox Copy – 2
3. S.S.C Leaving Certificate Xerox Copy – 2
4. Aadhar Card Xerox Copy with Original – 2
5. All H.S.C. MARKSHEETS Xerox copy -2 each (only for repeaters)
6. F.Y.J.C. Mark Sheet Xerox copy -2
7. Cast certificate (If applicable) Xerox copy – 1
8. Glue (Compulsory)
9. Stapler (Compulsory)
10. Black/Blue Ball point pen.
Note:
1. Students should bring the necessary documents and examination fee (in cash) as mentioned above on given date and time.
2. Every student must wear Mask and follow all COVID-19 norms.
3. Every student must carry Hand Sanitizer.
4. Students must be present in time and late entry will not be allowed.
