Remaining SYJC (12th) Arts, Commerce & Science are hereby informed that H.S.C         Feb-Mar - 2024 Examination form filling for regular/Repeater/Class Improvement/Form 17 students will be as per the schedule given below:

 1. Photo -2 (Passport size Latest 3 month)     

 2. H.S.C Marksheet Original with Xerox copy -2 (if applicable)

 3. S.S.C Leaving Certificate Xerox Copy – 2

4. Aadhar Card Xerox Copy with Original – 2

5. S.S.C Mark Sheet Xerox Copy – 2

6. F.Y.J.C. Mark Sheet Xerox copy -2

7. Cast certificate (If applicable) Xerox copy – 1

8. Glue (Compulsory)    9. Stapler (Compulsory)

9. Black/Blue Ballpoint pen.

  Note:

 1. Students should bring the necessary documents as mentioned above on a given date and time.

2. Students must be present in time and late entry will not be allowed
