H.S.C. 2020-21 Private (17 no. form) Application

 All students who wish to apply for H.S.C Feb. 2021 Exam as Private Candidate (17 No. Form) in Arts, Commerce and Science faculties should report as per following schedule with documents mentioned below:

They should bring following original documents with 

                           5 photocopies   (Xerox) each:

1.     S.S.C. Mark-sheet

2.     S.S.C. Passing Certificate

3.     Aadhar Card

4.     College Leaving Certificate must be submitted.  

5.   2 Photocopies of S.S.C. Leaving Certificate

6.   2 Passport size photographs & Glue 
All documents are compulsory.

                 Note  :    

      A.  Students should bring the necessary  documents as mentioned above on given date and time.

      B.   Every student must wear MASK and HAND-GLOVES.

      C.    Every Student must carry Hand Sanitizer

      D.   Student must be present in time and late entry will not be allowed.
