XII  Admission

Outsider

Science – General & Bifocal – (Electronics/C.S.), 

Commerce & Arts.

Students (outsiders) who passed F.Y.J.C. (2019-20), and fulfil any of the following conditions willing to secure admission in S.Y.J.C. for the academic year (2020-2021) should apply online on the following link.

Student can switch admission only on following grounds:

1.      Distance of present college where the student studied in 2019-20 is more than the distance of residence form I. Y. College.

2.   If Parents are transferred.

3.   If there is any medical reason.

4.   If student wants to change the stream/subject/board that is not available in his/her present college.

5.    If the students residential address is changed.

   Attach following documents with online form:   

1) One Photograph

2) Documents: One Photocopy (Xerox) each of

a)  SSC Leaving certificate

b)  XI passed mark-sheet

c)  SSC mark-sheet passed

d)  Aadhar card

e)  Caste Certificate (If applicable)

f)  No Objection Certificate

g)  If any of the above document is not available, attach an application that states why the document is not available and when will it be submitted?

3)  Application stating the reason why student wants to switch admission.

Last date of applying for XII admission (OUTSIDE STUDENTS)  is Sat 22^nd Aug 2020  5.00 pm

The FIRST MERIT LIST will be displayed on college webpage -  jrciyc.blogspot.com  on Mon 24^th Aug 2020 at 9 am

Students must complete the admission procedure form Mon 24^th Aug  to Thu 27^th Aug 2020.  If any seats are vacant, second merit list will be displayed at 28^th Aug 2020 9 am.

Duplicate LC   Rs 100/-

Duplicate Marksheet  Rs 100/-

No Objection Certificate  Rs  20/-

Bonafide Certificate :  Rs 20/-

HSC Feb-Mar 2020 Exam Result Distribution

(Revised Scheduled)

All students who appeared for HSC Feb-Mar 2020  Exam should note that board mark-sheets will be distributed as per following schedule. As we are all aware that the world is facing the situation of pandemic, mark-sheets will be distributed as per the following schedule in order to avoid rush and maintain physical distancing. However students should note that due to some reason like non availability of transport, they will get their mark-sheet in later period also the schedule of the same will be displayed in due course.

Students should note that they should strictly follow, the instructions given below:

1.  Student must come as per the schedule and if student is not able to reach in time they should come as per the new schedule declared in due course.

2.  Student MUST BE USING PROPER FACE MASK and without mask entry in the campus is not allowed.

3.  Every student MUST MAINTAIN PROPER PHYSICAL DISTANCING.

4.  Student must bring his / her hall ticket and 11^th/12th identity card.

5.  Student must bring his / her own ball-point pen for signature and notebook if required.

Strict action will be taken against the student who will not follow any of the above instructions.

Postponement of H.S.C. mark sheet distribution schedule :

All HSC Feb 2020 EXAM students should please note that the mark-sheet distribution schedule has been postponed due to High Alert in Mumbai region by Whether Department.  New schedule will be displayed on "jrciyc.blogspot.com", very soon.
