Enrollment Form Filling

All the students who had filed [Private Candidate (17 No. Form)] Arts, Commerce and Science faculties, should report for filling Enrollment form as per following schedule with documents mentioned below:

     1.     S.S.C. Marksheet

     2.     S.S.C. Passing Certificate

      4.     XI College Leaving Certificate  

     5.   S.S.C. Leaving Certificate

     6.   Adhar card

     7.   2 Passport size photographs & Glue 

All documents are compulsory.
