5.   All XII^th Mark Sheet Xerox Copy – 2 (each)

6.     Aadhar Card Xerox Copy – 2

7.     Glue

8.     Stappler

9.     ID card or Admission Fee receipt

10.     Cast certificate (If applicable) Xerox Copy – 1
